A magazine open for monthly submissions looking to feature students in their online publication. If your work is not selected for publication in the magazine, it will be published as a collection in our Hanbell Gallery upon approval by our art advisors.

A competition for the month of December, the theme being anything and everything involving nature. Winners will be chosen for painting, photography, and sculpture. Submissions cost $20 and result in an online gallery and article feature.

Upward Gallery
All artists 18 and older are encouraged to submit their work in any medium, style, and genre. Each participant of the exhibition receives his personal page on the UPWARD gallery. This page displays works that the artist submitted for participation in exhibitions, short biography text and artist statement, links to the artist's website, as well as links to social media accounts, interview with the artist.

Lower East Side Printshop
The Printshop’s internships offer opportunities to learn and hone printmaking skills, learn about collaborating with artists, learn about contemporary art, get an insider’s perspective on the New York City contemporary art community, and help produce new artwork that often pushes the boundaries of traditional printmaking. Interns are expected to have some working knowledge of printmaking.
Internships are unpaid. Students can receive school credit in exchange for the internship hours, or $20/day compensation for lunch and transportation
